Terms of Service

These terms govern the contract between you and CyGuru Pharm SRL (the operator of karmogram.com) when you order or use a Karmogram reading. By placing an order or creating an account you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

01Operator

The service is operated by CyGuru Pharm SRL, Trade Register registration pending, Tax ID RO52437696, with registered office at Branesti, str. Horia 33c, jud. Ilfov. Contact: hello@karmogram.com.

02Nature of the service — entertainment only

Karmogram provides personalised text readings (numerology, name meaning, compatibility, dream interpretation, palmistry and other categories listed on the site) for entertainment and personal reflection. Readings are NOT predictions, diagnoses, prophecies, or professional advice. They are NOT a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, fiscal or insurance advice. Do not make decisions with serious consequences (health, money, relationships, employment) on the basis of a reading. For serious matters, please consult a licensed professional.

03Who can use Karmogram

Karmogram is reserved for natural persons aged 18 (eighteen) years or older. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly generate readings for minors and we will refuse or refund any order found to be placed by, or on behalf of, a minor.

04Pricing, VAT, and payment

All prices are quoted in euro (EUR) and are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT) where applicable. VAT is computed by Stripe Tax under the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) regime based on the country you indicate at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe; we never see your full card number. You will receive an electronic invoice and receipt by email. We may change prices for future orders with at least thirty (30) days' notice published on the site; any order already placed is honoured at the price you saw at checkout.

05Generation and delivery

After payment is confirmed we generate and deliver your reading by email and via a unique reading link, usually within 1–3 minutes and at most within 24 hours. If generation fails for technical reasons, we regenerate at no extra cost. Refer to the Refund Policy for the cases in which a refund is available.

06Right of withdrawal — express waiver under Dir. 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m)

Karmogram readings are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, delivered immediately after payment. By placing an order, ticking the dedicated consent box at checkout, and proceeding to payment, you (a) expressly request that we begin performance of the contract immediately and (b) acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days otherwise granted by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as transposed by Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. We send you a written confirmation of this waiver in your purchase email, in line with Article 16(m). Our goodwill promise in the Refund Policy applies independently and is not affected by this waiver.

07Intellectual property

The reading you purchase is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may save it, print it, and share short excerpts. You may not resell, redistribute or commercially republish a full reading. The Karmogram brand, prompts, software, design system and content frameworks remain the exclusive property of CyGuru Pharm SRL.

08Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) submit data about another person without their informed consent, (b) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or scrape the service, (c) use the service in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity, (d) submit content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory or infringes third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these rules.

09Limitation of liability

Karmogram readings are entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyGuru Pharm SRL's aggregate liability for any claim arising from or in connection with a reading, the service or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, and for decisions you make on the basis of a reading. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by Romanian or EU law (in particular liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury).

10Account and termination

You may close your Karmogram account and request the erasure of your data at any time using the form at /privacy/erase or by emailing privacy@karmogram.com. Statutory retention periods (notably tax records held for 7 years) continue to apply where required by law.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania. Where you act as a consumer habitually resident in another EU Member State, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence remain applicable to you, in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) 593/2008 (Rome I).

12Out-of-court dispute resolution

Before going to court, you may seek alternative dispute resolution. In Romania, you may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at https://anpc.ro, or one of the entities approved as SAL providers under Government Ordinance 38/2015, listed at https://anpc.ro/categorie/1271/sal. As a consumer resident in the European Union you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform set up under Regulation (EU) 524/2013, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. 13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are notified by email with at least 30 days' notice to account holders and recent customers. The version in force at the time you place an order applies to that order.
