Karmogram is a self-discovery service. It writes personalised readings: numerology, name meaning, compatibility, and one-question reflections. Each one is written for you, in plain language, as a mirror rather than a prediction.

Each reading is generated by a language model we have tuned in-house, then framed by editorial guidelines written by our team. We use AI as the instrument; the voice, the restraint, and the tradition are decisions we keep making on every release. No reading is published without the editorial standard.

Karmogram is reserved for adults aged 18 and over. We do not generate readings for minors.

English and Romanian. You can choose at intake. Language quality is identical between the two.

No. Karmogram readings are reflective and symbolic. They are not predictions of the future, diagnoses, or replacements for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. They are written to invite reflection, not to dictate outcomes.

Most readings arrive within 1–3 minutes after payment is confirmed. Compatibility and team readings can take a little longer (up to a few minutes). You will receive your reading by email and you can read it on the website too.

Most readings run between 900 and 1,800 words. That is long enough to feel like a letter and short enough to read in one sitting. Compatibility and team readings can run longer because they trace two or more people.

Two ways: a unique link on karmogram.com that you can return to, and a clean PDF attached to your email. Both are yours to keep, print, or save.

Write to hello@karmogram.com as soon as you notice. If we catch it before the reading is generated, we fix it; if it is already delivered, we regenerate with the corrected context at no extra cost.

Your name, birth date and email are processed solely to generate your reading and to deliver it to you. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in. You can request deletion of your data at any time at hello@karmogram.com. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Palm photos are biometric data. We strip EXIF and location metadata both in your browser and on our servers, encrypt the file at rest, and delete it within 30 days. You can request immediate deletion at hello@karmogram.com.

No. We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertising networks. We use a small set of processors (Stripe, Resend, Vercel, OpenAI, Anthropic) strictly to run the service; readings sent to OpenAI's API are not used for training and are deleted within 30 days.

Yes, at any time. Use the erase form at /privacy/erase or write to privacy@karmogram.com. We confirm within 30 days, in line with GDPR Article 12(3). Tax-required records are anonymised rather than deleted.

Yes. If the reading fails to generate or arrives garbled, we regenerate it for free. If the reading is technically delivered but you are unhappy with it, please write to hello@karmogram.com within 14 days and we will discuss a refund. See the Refund Policy for details.

All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and most digital wallets supported by Stripe (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe; we never see your full card number.

Yes. Stripe issues an electronic invoice on each order, sent automatically to your email. Prices are quoted in euro and include VAT computed under the EU One-Stop-Shop regime, based on the country you indicate at checkout.

No. Every reading is a one-off purchase, with no monthly charge and nothing to renew. Buy one when you want one, then close the tab.
